Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

All properties which are offered to Let or for Sale in the UK must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPC outlines the energy efficiency of your home considering the performance of the energy system in relation to the properties insulation through various tests. Legionella Risk Assessments

All water systems (hot & cold) are required to have a legionella risk assessment to avoid exposure to the disease. It is the landlords responsibility to undertake these assessments in both residential and commercial premesis. The assessment covers the management, functioning, chemical aspects of your water system and provides a condition report which also details a risk assessment and future schedule.
